Before Suja, Bob enjoyed a long 34 year career in the Coca-Cola system. Bob held numerous other key positions in the Coca-Cola system including Senior Vice President for field operations in the US and Canada, Senior VP/general manager for both the East and Northeast Regions of the US, and VP/General Manager for Coca-Cola Enterprises in the UK. These and other roles included full operating responsibility in multiple geographies for Coca-Cola. Bob graduated from Spring Hill College in 1981 and currently resides in San Diego, CA.
Michael A. Carpenter
Former Chief Executive Officer, Ally Financial Services
Michael Carpenter formerly served as the Chief Executive Officer and on the board of directors of Ally Financial Services. The company was renamed Ally Financial in 2010, although it was founded in 1919 as the General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC) to be a provider of financing to automotive customers. Since then, the business has expanded to include insurance, online banking, mortgage operations and commercial finance.
Prior to Ally, in 2007, Mr. Carpenter founded Southgate Alternative Investments. From 2002 to 2006, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Citigroup Alternative Investments. Prior to this he was Chairman and CEO of Travelers Life & Annuity and Vice Chairman of Travelers Group Inc. Prior to joining Cohesive in 2017, Mr. Kelly was an Analyst at Outcome Capital, a boutique merchant bank in the Washington D.C. area. There, he advised the firm’s clients, primarily in the Government Services and Technology sectors and aided in the management of the firm’s private equity investments in its two funds.

Prior to joining Cohesive in 2014, Mr. Franken was an Associate at Robert W. Baird where he was involved in a variety of transactions focused primarily on the industrial sector. Previously, Mr. Franken was an Analyst in the Foreign Exchange Macro Sales group at Goldman Sachs, and a Vice President at Faros Trading, a trading firm founded by several of his Goldman Sachs colleagues.
Mr. Franken received a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University and completed the Leaders in Global Operations program at MIT, receiving a M.B.A. from the Sloan School of Management, and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from School of Engineering. While at MIT, Mr. Franken was selected to complete a six-month fellowship program focused on global purchasing and supply chain for General Motors in São Paulo, Brazil.

Prior to Cohesive, Mr. Barber was Managing Partner of Citi Private Equity (“CPE”), which he co-founded in 2000. In this role, Mr. Barber managed approximately $13 billion of capital and oversaw the direct equity, direct mezzanine and fund investments globally for CPE and its affiliates while managing a team of 50 investment and client services professionals in New York and London.
Before co-founding CPE in 2000, Mr. Barber held senior positions in equity capital markets at Citigroup and its predecessor, Salomon Smith Barney, including sitting on Citigroup’s Commitment Committee.

Marty Becker is the Chairman of the Board of QBE. He was appointed as a non‑executive director of QBE in August 2013 and Chairman in April 2014. Mr. Becker is a member of the Risk and Capital Committee.
Previously, Mr. Becker served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Alterra Capital Holdings Limited following the merger of Max Capital Group and Harbor Point in May 2010. Marty served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Max Capital Group Ltd., from October 2006 – May 2010 and he had been a director of Max Capital Group Ltd. since April 2004. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Becker was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Orion Capital Corporation, until its sale in 1999 to Royal & SunAlliance, where he then served as Vice Chairman and a Director of Royal & SunAlliance USA until 2000. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of an Orion Capital subsidiary from 1994 to 1996. From 2002 to 2005, he led the restructuring and wind-down of Trenwick Group Ltd, a Bermuda insurance company and from 2002 to 2008, its subsidiary, LaSalle Holdings. From 2001 to 2004, he was non-executive Chairman of Hales & Company, a boutique insurance industry investment bank and private equity investor. Becker is Chairman and General Partner of West Virginia Media Holdings, which he co-founded in 2001.

Prior to assuming his current role in 2005, Mr. Gellert has had a long career with SEACOR, where he started as a financial and market analyst after graduating from college. Following the acquisition of offshore assets from Compagnie Nationale de Navigation (“CNN”) in 1995, over the next five years, he had a series of international appointments with both marketing and operating responsibilities in Europe, West Africa and South East Asia. David Le Norman has over 25 years of experience in the oil & gas industry ranging from working in field operations as a roustabout, pumper, rig hand on a workover rig, and petroleum engineer, to the CEO position. Over 20 years of that experience was as a Petroleum Engineer in various engineering, business development, and management positions for Texaco prior to founding Le Norman Energy in 1995. Since that time, Mr. Le Norman has founded Le Norman Partners, Crusader Energy Corporation, Crusader Energy II, LLC, Crusader Energy III, Knight Energy Group, LLC, Knight Energy II, LLC, Crusader Energy Group, White River Energy LLC, Le Norman Properties LLC, Le Norman Operating LLC, TLP Energy LLC, and Templar Energy LLC. He also served as a Senior Vice President with Patina Oil & Gas during its rapid growth from 2002-2004 from $0.7 million of enterprise value subsequent to being sold to Noble Energy for $3.4 billion. David R. Parker

David Parker is the Chief Operating Officer of The Archstone Partnerships. He is responsible for strategy, long-range planning, governance, and all management-related issues. In addition, he leads Archstone’s operational due diligence effort and is a member of Archstone’s Executive Committee. The Archstone Partnerships manage a family of multi-strategy fund of hedge funds, allocating capital for each fund across a diversified group of hedge fund strategies and managers with the objective of producing absolute returns. The firm manages approximately $3.8 billion in assets.
Prior to Archstone Mr. Parker co-founded Interprise Technology Partners, L.P. capitalized at $110 million to make private equity investments in information technology companies. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Parker organized ProSource, Inc. where he grew the company to $4 billion in annual revenue, taking it public in 1996. Prior to this, he was President of Ryder System’s vehicle leasing and service division and was a manager with the Boston Consulting Group.
Mr. Parker is the Presiding Director at Tupperware Corporation and Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Trustees of Florida International University. He was Chairman of the FlU Foundation board from 1994 to 1997 and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University from 2005 through 2009. Mr. Parker received a B.S. degree in engineering from the University of Texas and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar.

Thomas Pearson was the Senior Vice President – Law, Human Resources, and Administration, General Counsel and Secretary of Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. (“ARLP”) and Alliance Holdings GP, L.P. (“AHGP”), two publicly-traded master limited partnerships listed on the NASDAQ National Market. In 1996, Mr. Pearson and other members of senior management acquired the coal assets of MAPCO, Inc., then a Fortune 500 diversified energy company, and subsequently was involved in, and assumed a lead role in, the initial public offerings of ARLP and AHGP in 1999 and 2006, respectively.
Prior to his nineteen-year involvement with the Alliance companies and their predecessors, Mr. Pearson served as the General Counsel and Secretary of McLouth Steel Products Corporation from 1985 to 1989, one of the country’s largest integrated steel producers. From 1982 to 1985, he was corporate counsel for Midland-Ross Corporation, a diversified conglomerate involved in a range of activities from heavy industrial equipment to aircraft component manufacturing. From 1980-1982, Mr. Pearson was in private practice with Arter & Hadden, LLP, one of the country’s largest law firms at the time.
Currently Mr. Pearson is actively involved with numerous civic and charitable organizations. Mr. Pearson received his B.S. degree in History and Communications from DePauw University, where he was a Rector Scholar, in 1976, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and a J.D. from the University of Iowa, graduating with honors, in 1980.

Marc Rowland is the Senior Managing Director of IOG Capital, LP and leads the company’s investment team through his 30+ years of experience in all aspects of the oil & gas upstream and midstream business segments. Mr. Rowland is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chesapeake Energy Corporation, where he worked for 18 years. Recently, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at FTS International, Inc. (formerly Frac Tech International, LLC). He served as the President and Chief Financial Officer of Frac Tech Services, LLC and Frac Tech International, LLC from November 2010 to May 2011. Mr. Rowland served as the Chief Financial Officer, and other executive positions of Chesapeake Energy Corporation (NYSE:CHK) from 1993 to August 2010. Mr. Rowland served as Chief Operating Officer of Anglo-Suisse, LP from 1990 to 1993, assigned to the White Nights Russian Enterprise, a joint venture of Anglo-Suisse, LP and Phibro Energy Corporation, a major foreign operation which was granted the right to engage in oil and gas operations in Russia.
Currently, Mr. Rowland is a Director for Warren Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: WRES) as well as several private companies. Mr. Rowland is a Certified Public Accountant and a 1975 graduate of Wichita State University.
Maurice Reznik

Maurice Reznik served as the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Maidenform Brands, Inc., a global intimate apparel company, from 2008 to 2014. From 2004 until assuming the CEO position, he was President of Maidenform Brands with responsibility for marketing, merchandising, design and sales for both branded and private label products. From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Reznik was President of the Maidenform division of Maidenform Brands’ predecessor company and, in the 19 years prior to joining Maidenform, held various sales and management positions in the intimate apparel industry, including President of Warner’s Intimate Apparel Group, a division of Warnaco, Inc., a global intimate apparel, swimwear and sportswear company.
Mr. Reznik is a Director of The Movado Group and KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation. Mr. Reznik is also the founder of the For Love of Life Colon Cancer charity and serves on the boards of ITAG, a B2B business focused on mobile shopping, Dignity U Wear, and Queens College. He also serves on the Parent Leadership Council of Shatterproof, an organization dedicated to reducing the impact of addiction on families across America. Mr. Reznik graduated from Queens College in 1976.

Barbara Yastine
Ms. Yastine is the former Co-CEO of Lebenthal Holdings, a private asset management firm, where she served from from September 2015 to June 2016. She previously served as Chair, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ally Bank from March 2012 to September 2015 and as Chair of Ally Bank and Chief Administrative Officer of Ally Financial Inc. (“Ally Financial”), from May 2010 to March 2012. Prior to joining Ally Financial, she served as a Principal of Southgate Alternative Investments, a start-up diversified alternative asset manager, beginning in June 2007. She served as Chief Financial Officer for investment bank Credit Suisse First Boston from October 2002 to August 2004. From 1987 through 2002, Ms. Yastine worked at Citigroup and its predecessor companies in various roles including Chief Auditor and Chief Financial Officer of its Consumer Finance and Corporate and Investment Bank businesses.
Ms. Yastine serves on the board of directors of AXIS Capital Holdings Limited, Zions Bancorporation, Primerica, and Alkami Technology, Inc. Ken Whitney
Mr. Whitney was previously a Senior Managing Director and Head of the Investor Relations & Business Development Group at Blackstone, which he joined in 1988. Mr. Whitney focused his efforts in raising capital for Blackstone’s private investment funds and the establishment of Blackstone affiliates in the alternative investment area.
